They were so honest and helpful when I spilled coffee all over my laptop. It fried my motherboard and was going to cost... about $500 to fix on a 6-7yr old computer. Instead of just trying to milk me for business, they were totally honest and told me not to sink the $$ into my computer and just buy a new one. They were quick and really nice.
