Robert Rosenfeld

Robert (“Bob”) Rosenfeld brings over 40 years of distinguished legal experience to Click IT. He serves as Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs, advising the company on franchise compliance, contract administration, and business operations.

A graduate of the University of Manitoba with both a J.D. and LL.M., Bob has held numerous adjudicative and leadership roles, including Magistrate for a Common Pleas Court and Hearing Officer for the Ohio Supreme Court. His career has spanned representation of national banks, small businesses, international corporations, and individuals worldwide.

Bob is also an accomplished educator who has taught paralegal and college-level law courses. His extensive background in law and business administration helps ensure that Click IT’s franchise systems and corporate practices operate in full compliance with applicable regulations.
