Investment Opportunity
Motherboard, Inc. was formed for one purpose, to select and support Click IT franchise owners. We are focused on achieving having at least 60 franchises inside of three years. To share in our expected return on investment, Motherboard is issuing to a limited few, warrants at $1 per warrant, which can be converted to stock at a 75% discount.

The Click IT store was started in 2012 by AL Harlow, a serial entrepreneur, to provide best-in-class managed IT services, products, support, and solutions in a comprehensive manner to small businesses and consumers. Growth & Plan
Our plan is to grow to a minimum of 60 franchises inside 3 years. We believe, however, that we can potentially grow to over 300 franchises in that time, based on the quickly expanding demand for IT service providers, from $180.5 billion in 2018 to $282.0 billion by 2023; a 60% growth rate.
Our Company Store
