The Opportunity

We’re seeking a President of Franchise Development to lead Click IT’s national expansion. This role is suited for a proven executive with a track record in franchise operations, business development, and organizational leadership. You’ll take ownership of strategy, execution, and results — working directly with the founder to drive Click IT’s next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the franchise development team.
• Build and execute Click IT’s franchise sales strategy nationwide.
• Guide franchise candidates through qualification, discovery, and onboarding.
• Oversee franchise compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop funding and marketing strategies.
• Report directly to the CEO with measurable KPIs tied to national expansion goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in franchise development or related fields.
• Proven success in multi-unit expansion and operations.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with periodic in-person meetings.
