We are entering a new phase of growth — scaling through both traditional franchise awards and MSP conversions — powered by the Click IT Marketplace, our SaaS platform that streamlines IT service delivery, billing, and management.


The Opportunity

We are seeking a President of the Franchise Division to lead Click IT’s national expansion during this pivotal transition.

This is not a traditional corporate position — it’s a fractional, partner-level opportunity for a results-driven executive who can raise capital, manage operations, and scale a national franchise network. The President will oversee the entire Franchise Division, including capitalization, franchise development, operations, and performance, reporting directly to the Founder and CEO.

Initially, this role may be structured on a fractional or performance-based basis, transitioning into a full-time executive position as funding and growth milestones are achieved.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Capital Growth

  • Raise and structure the capital required for Click IT’s next stage of expansion.

  • Develop investor relationships and participate in fundraising activities through platforms such as WeFunder.

  • Collaborate with the CEO to define capitalization strategy, use of proceeds, and growth milestones.

  • Establish scalable systems and KPIs to ensure disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.

2. Franchise Expansion & Operations Management

  • Lead all franchise development activities — recruitment, qualification, awarding, and onboarding of franchisees.

  • Oversee compliance, operations, and profitability across all franchise locations.

  • Manage the conversion of independent MSPs (Managed Service Providers) into Click IT franchise operations.

  • Build and lead the franchise sales and support teams to achieve growth targets.

3. Market Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute national franchise marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager.

  • Identify and prioritize market territories with strong growth potential.

  • Strengthen brand positioning, partner relationships, and franchise recruitment funnels.

4. Financial Oversight & Performance

  • Own the P&L of the Franchise Division and manage budgets tied to performance metrics.

  • Track financial performance across franchise sales, royalties, and marketplace transactions.

  • Provide transparent reporting and regular updates to the CEO and investors.

5. Executive Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with the CEO, VP of Legal Affairs, and other department heads to ensure operational alignment.

  • Represent the Franchise Division in investor meetings, strategy sessions, and corporate planning.

  • Cultivate a performance-based culture focused on growth, accountability, and profitability.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in franchise development, private equity, or multi-unit operations.

  • Proven ability to raise capital or structure investment participation in early-stage ventures.

  • Demonstrated success scaling franchise systems or equivalent business models.

  • Strong financial and operational management experience with full P&L ownership.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.


Compensation

This role begins as a fractional or equity-based partnership, with the potential to transition into a full-time, salaried executive role as funding milestones are achieved.

Compensation includes performance incentives and equity participation aligned with capital success and organizational growth.
