Took my computer to Nick, in Havasu, AZ. He had to order two parts for the computer and thought it would be done on Wednesday. The parts did not come in however Nick called me and updated me on what was happening which I totally appreciate. He called with a second update on Friday to let me know about the parts delay. I can not tell you how much I appreciated Nick keeping me informed. I would recommend this place to all my friends. Professional, knowledgeable and knows customer service. Thank you

Alex and Nick were great to work with extremely knowledgeable. I got myself into a jam on PC flight simulator and remotely they were able to troubleshoot uninstall and reinstall applicable software. Click It is fantastic! I’ve used them several times for similar repair, right here in Little old Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Great job!

My lap top suddenly became a paperweight. I have almost no business owning a computer for how little I know. The online tech support for my app was no help at all. Click IT was recommended by a friend…so I stopped in with my computer. In about 5 minutes my app was running and nothing needed uninstalled and reinstalled. Literally saved me at least $1000 if I had to pay to have everything set back up after a reinstall. Absolutely service with a smile, hard to find that these days. Thank you, I will be back on. Monday to upgrade my hard drive…as recommended!

I purchased an external hard for my computer fro Click IT-
When I arrived to pick it up they had already formatted it for my Mac and thru in USB C converter for my USB chord!

I have been a customer of Click-IT for about 6 years and feel my laptop is very well protected from viruses and malware. They are very responsive if ever I encounter some issue. It always gets corrected quickly. I would recommend this tech company to all who want high quality security on their computers.

I went there to let them look at my PC cause it was damaged in transit they took it right in after looking at it and gave me an idea of what ill need to fix it. I felt comfortable there and really liked the professionality of the staff.

Click It is the new wave of help! My dad and I were looking for a cord that was difficult to find and the Click It in Hailey, Idaho helped us get it. The people workers were very respectful and even ordered the cord to their store free of charge! I would 10/10 recommend this to everyone!

They were so honest and helpful when I spilled coffee all over my laptop. It fried my motherboard and was going to cost about $500 to fix on a 6-7yr old computer. Instead of just trying to milk me for business, they were totally honest and told me not to sink the $$ into my computer and just buy a new one. They were quick and really nice. A+ for service and customer experience!

Click IT is THE answer to a life long prayer of mine. I always dreamed of having a company (close by) that could answer any question regarding technology at a reasonable price. I found it in Click IT. They are so helpful and knowledgeable and I am so grateful to have found them.

I have been a customer now for at least 3 years and have had excellent service so far. These days I feel I can't be to careful when it comes to security on my computer with my business. I feel at ease knowing i have Click IT watching out for me.
